P990i & O2..

I've had it with O2 customer services, I only wanted a handset upgrade to a Sony Ericsson P990i, last week they accepted an order from me, when I check on friday they then told me the handset had not been released, and was not due to be until today, I call today and they now tell me it won't be released until next Monday. A different yarn every time, yet I can quite simply buy one from Expansys. Why can't they get their story straight, and why can't they tell me why they are delaying? Embarassing for O2? or Sony Ericsson.

nullstr and hecateshandmaid, I really enjoyed the film, even though I found it a bit difficult to watch in places owing to the fact that I'm a bit squeamish :D , I thought it was an excellent story of a period of Anglo-Irish history which I feel is pretty unknown, I read about some of this stuff out of interest when I was a teenager ( suppression of irish by the black and tans ), it's doubtful to me anyone would be proud to be British whilst watching it.
I also really loved the cinematography and locations for shooting, it reminded me of the areas the Irish bits of my family come from.
